Led Grow Lights have been getting alot more coverage recently due to more and more growers finally testing them and SEEING RESULTS. Grow Lights led style is different than hps and regular grow lights in many ways but yields have actually improved as the led grow lights improve.
Most of the led grow lights are made in one of two countries and the actual led lights used vary significantly from unit to unit. So let's get to the information that you odds are want to hear about.
Average Led Grow Light Yields?
When people talk about led grow lights they mainly ask if led grow lights work. A few years ago the leds used in the units were NOT in the correct color spectrum to be 100% beneficial BUT that has changed recently and more are switching from the expensive to run hps lights and seeing what leds can do for their grow.
There are led grow lights that yield 8 ounces + using less than 200 watts of led lighting which is MIND BLOWING but many choose NOT to believe the many many online results posted in various forums.
Many growers cannot get 8 ounces with a 400 hps, 600 hps and sadly even some cannot produce 8 ounces with a 1000 watt hps either. There are so many different variables that need to be taken into consideration like humidity, temps, grow style, air flow and cost to run JUST to name a few.
Led Grow Lights however can be ran without having to rewire your electrical and produce next to no heat WHILE saving you money in electricity.
