Buy Rat Rods For Sale -

Looking for a rat rod to buy? I have been interested in rat rods for many years and have devoted many pages on my site here dedicated to rat rod cars and rat rod trucks for sale. I will also be adding pages for rat rod parts for those of you currently building rat rods as well. A rat rod truck will stand out as it cruises down the road versus those chrome filled hot rods that cost an arm and a leg to build and I can't even begin to talk about the upkeep of keeping those multi thousand dollar paint jobs in primo condition.

A hot rat rod that has always been around is a merc and odds are you know the years that I am talking about so don't forget to check those out which you can locate in my link list below. If you get confused about rat "hot rod" builds than don't worry because all that really is different is a rat rod car that was bought or found already IN rat rod condition ie: rusty, crusty and sweet looking versus rat rods for sale that were built to LOOK old, rusty and supposed to be in found condition.

With the economy how it is you can find many willing to unload their car or truck during a rat rods sale which means LESS MONEY on your end and is worth researching below. A favorite of mine will be the chevy rat rod simply because I am a chevy fan BUT even ford rat rods have plenty of chevy parts and frames that they are built on. Seriously looking around for a rat rod sale is worth the effort because it is already built, running and you don't have to deal with a rat rod build all on your own.

Maybe you are looking for a specific rat rod for sale and if you are don't worry because I have a page dedicated to every make and model possible. Lets keep this site growing and get more people involved with building or buying their own vehicles whether barn finds, rust buckets or considered odd to the "norm".

A hot rat rod that will be featured soon are a few builds of my own which include a suburban rat rod. Man o man are those things cool looking. Rat hot rods still somewhat confuse me, are they trying to have chrome or are they trying to rust up? There is also a new generation that push the rat rodz scene, whether I agree with it or not I am stoked by any and all NEW interest in the scene itself. Another one is the vw rat rods supporters, I agree that you can make a vdub look rat rod-ish but understand that you really cannot remove those who love vw's for what they are which is cheap and innexpensive to build which I can't fault anyone for. Different tastes is what gets this scene larger and larger.

Maybe you are looking for something NOT already built and want to start your own rat rod custom build? Locating frames, engines and other parts is pretty simple to locate and can be pretty cheap if you look hard enough. Lucky for you I have done all the hard work for you and most anything you might need or want for that rat rod custom of your dreams can be found on one of the many pages listed below (just scroll down).

Custom rat rods are getting more detailed these days as well and even though those who like shiny chrome might agree, a clean rat rod all rusted up really is a work of art.

Have you seen the many new rat rod magazine or rat rod mags that are available these days? I have found myself subscribing to all of them and even though I love being online, I really can't take my desktop to the bathroom which is where most my reading is done LOL.

hi i got 2 ford trucks that would make good rat rods a 1950 & 1951 got title for one ..to many trucks in my yard .the trucks has transmissions with them…matching.motor extra..will sale both for $850..email for pic. e.everhart@yahoo.com lexington nc.
